What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?
Creating a sustainable collaborator model, with diverse competences.
What has been your greatest achievement personally?
Getting a go ahead for the first project of brandstudio has been the most fulfilling moment in the last two years.
Onboarding and sustaining retainer clients, and signing up with the first multi national brand, being a new set up.
My extended and diverse network continuously gives me great learning opportunities.
Being a trained yoga and pranayama teacher, ability to promote and facilitate good health.
If you weren’t doing what you do now, what would you be doing?
It’s a tough question since my passion and profession are the same.
I would have been a dancer.
Who has been your biggest inspiration?
Roger Federer. His talent, passion, hard work, never give up attitude and humility leaves me in awe of him. His sustainability, energy and thrust for excelling is inspiring.
What does the future hold for you?
A purposeful journey with amazing learning experiences for personal and professional growth. Fantastic business growth. Opportunities to share my experience and learnings by way of giving back to the society.
What triggered my entrepreneur spirit other than wanting to add new life experiences?
It was my last assignment of setting up the “Internal Communication Agency” for creating communications, branding and graphic design services, for global customers across businesses and brands within the Atlas Copco Group. This had helped me develop the spirit to restart after a failure.
Am a post graduate in hospitality management, with 16 years of corporate experience. Working with Atlas Copco and Philips was a privilege.
A strong foundation was laid with fantastic mentorships from the companies.
Experienced the complete cycle, from consumer insights, leading into market analysis, creating business plans, creating marketing and communication strategies to support business objectives, and achieving business goals.
Motherhood helped me develop more patience, focus and adaptability. It brings out the better leader in me.
My family and friends have phenomenally supported my dreams and continue to do so.
Being a professional and a mother have always perfectly coexisted for me. There never was a dilemma of either or.
Am a fitness enthusiast. A trained yoga and pranayama teacher. I continue to learn by exploring different fitness regimes.
