roshni-kapoorOriginality is key to starting a fashion blog. I started blogging as an experiment some months back. I had several ideas that I was interested in blogging and I thought I could be fairly good at giving tips, analyzing fashion trends. What started off as an experiment a few months ago has now become a part of my life. I have always been a shopaholic with an eye for clothes, accessories and shoes, which can stand-out in terms of Looks and Fashion. But in recent months I have started enjoying my interaction with people on social media by giving tips and recommendations on Fashion and Brands. As of today I love the experience of shopping and sharing my experience through blogging.

Along the way I also learned a lot about social media and online marketing, I went on to work professionally in social media. And before I knew it, I was addicted to blogging..

April month I was featured in Pune Digital Marketing as a style influencer & Fashion Blogger & in the month of June I got featured in Film & Tv Marketing & promotion Magazine as well. I have represented “Pune Lifestyle & Fashion Exhibition” 2015 as their Brand ambassador & judged such wonderful shows like Mr. n Ms. Pune 2013, Pune Winter Carnival fashion Diva n Dance Mania 2014 & Launch Of Tanishq ‘Queen Of Hearts’ Selection 2016.

What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?

When we meet real tragedy in life, we can react in two ways – either by losing hope and falling into self-destructive habits, or by using the challenge to find our inner strength. My challenge was not to lose hope but work on my strengths.

To be a champion, I think you have to see the bigger picture. It’s not about winning and losing; it’s about everyday hard work and about thriving on a challenge. It’s about embracing the pain that you’ll experience at the end of a race and not being afraid. I think people think too hard and get afraid of a certain challenge.

What has been your greatest achievement personally?

My biggest achievements in my life so far are:

1) Understanding the exact mix of emotions I feel at any given point of time and analysing the root of that emotion

2) Realising that a human mind can achieve anything with the right attitude and right planning

3) Realising the power of thought and understanding its impact on life. For example, analysing the current situation of mind and finding the primary root thought that led me here.

All these things have made me achieve whatever I am today.

roshni-kapoorIf you weren’t doing what you do now, what would you be doing?

I would be an entrepreneur for several reasons. First and foremost; I am very ambitious and I love the word “control”. I want to determine my own pace; I want to move at my own speed, I don’t want to limited by circumstances beyond my control.

Who has been your biggest inspiration?

My mother has been my biggest role model. She has taught me so many life lessons and she’s my biggest inspiration to create my own path towards success and I want to be as wonderful as my mom someday. My mother has taught me it doesn’t matter where we come from, rather where we choose to go. She is no more but her words are always with me. I want to succeed to show everyone that dreams are real and possible.

What does the future hold for you?

If you’re living in a digital world, a digital economy –be digital!
