I remember been called Ms Dynamic by The Legendary Mickey Mehta on the day of my interview, which labelled my work as the same to his company famously known as Mickey Mehta’s 360 degree Wellness Temple as a Vice President Operations. Marketing. Franchise.
Through the journey of my education from Annamalai University (Delhi) Honour’s in Political Science & Diploma in Mass Communication & BUSINESS Mangement from IIBMS (Mumbai) The strength & dedication in me & never die attitude helped me to succeed with fortune 500 companies like Wipro Ltd, JP Morgan Chase India, Deep Purple, Convergys, AT&T Wireless, CapitalOne, Orange, Microsoft, Dell, FirstFitness India Pvt Ltd & now Mickey Mehta’s Health Beyond Fitness Pvt Ltd.
Tell us about any current projects or initiatives you wish to promote
I will take every initiative to work towards making ours a disease-free world. If that happens, then every day will be like a celebration not just for me – but for all of us.
There are many Wellness Initiatives that i am executing along with my Mentor, my Guide & my Lifecoach Mickey Mehta as he says “Let Wellness be the Religion No.1”

What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?
Challenges are a part of life & gets the best of you, its the time when you realise your true strength, ability to transform lives & the reason of your existence.
Each day is a lesson Learnt & Applied towards humanity, That’s what I believe as being the true meaning of being happy & spreading happiness This applies not only to my personal but also to my professional life, for one cannot be separated from the other as they both complete us, although we cannot plan a way to overcome the challenges life imposes on us, we just have to face them and overcome them the best way possible, not only having in mind our own expectations, but the expectations others have on us.
What has been your greatest achievement personally?
There is a life coach somewhere in me, transforming lives to several children, teens, senior citizens & more through wellness, employment, financial stability & utmost peace of mind.
It satisfies me & make me greedy to do more.
If you weren’t doing what you do now, what would you be doing?
I believe in destiny, I believe that my existence is to make a difference to one’s life rest is all illusions which i don’t want to comment on.
Who has been your biggest inspiration?
My Father Mr Aditya Gurung & Ms Aamrapali Kapoor they are everything to me.
What does the future hold for you?
Whatever i make of today will be my future, i wish to beautify it more.
