Dr Ritu Singh
Tell us about yourself, your background and what you do currently

I see myself as someone who works with the basics and epitome of Physics -the energy work. I’m from Delhi and my academics are M.A Political Science, Delhi University and a diploma in Labour and administrative Law.

My childhood fantasy of space science did actually gift me a field where it is exploration of higher physics, the energy and ultimate space called Consciousness. I started working with an airline and completed studies in political science alongside. During this period, I got a lot of opportunities through my work, to conduct seminars at PAN India level on communication and Awareness of Oneself, as if by default .The energy of my life was flowing exactly where I wanted it to go – Mass Communication through Visual Media. I began anchoring news in Hindi and English for news and news-based programmes on a news channel. It gave a boost to my verbal skills and alertness in any situation. My being desired greater, which was my original plan – research in a realm that was seamless, into the vast spaces of consciousness.

I started energy work with REIKI, a decade and a half ago. As my awareness opened up more and more, I could perceive energies in people and saw them go through a shift, that using the five senses and application of matter couldn’t. Hypnotherapy added greater dimensions to my work and I received training from California Hypnosis Institute, CHI, founded by Dr Sunny Satin, USA. In fact, I was amongst the first few students in our country who were Instructors of Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapies. The workings of human psyche don’t stop at death but continues even afterwards. Accessing that through my awareness and what it was showing me through various classroom and private sessions with people made me more conscious that Consciousness doesn’t stop here. It’s like God that one wants to keep seeking and never losing touch.

God’s dimension truly touched me through learning and then teaching THETA HEALING, a life shifting modality by Vianna Stibal from THINK, Theta Healing Institute of Knowledge, Montana, USA. It made me see even deeper levels of our being and how we can change our limiting beliefs using that perfect field of awareness, called Creator using Theta brainwaves. The fact that shifting energies trapped in our brain wiring could influence our DNA seems like too fantastic a concept, but Theta healing made it a possibility. I saw people opening up and being willing to look at the limitations that they were creating in their lives and teach their DNA what it feels like to live without creating limitations using a roadmap of Theta brain waves up to the Creator.

As the energy flow seems to have its defined path, which is truly defined by our choices. Another great tool that I love is Access Consciousness. It made me peaceful about what I already had a knowing of – that Consciousness is allowance of everything, the inclusion of everything without judgement and that’s what makes it infinite and us as infinite beings. I practise Hamsa Kundalini Kriya Yog for continuous magic of body and being.

Tell us about any current projects or initiatives you wish to promote

As an organisation, CHI-DELHI,I have worked with school kids – grade 6 to 9, teaching them Access Bars and have had opportunity to work with a group of learners at Delhi Blind School using Hypnotherapy for empowerment. I am already taking an initiatives of empowerment programme for school kids as an empowering curriculum, working with autistic kids using the Access Consciousness tool, called Access Bars. I wish to promote the information and tools I have on body processes and bars in hospitals. People in the medical field can create greater possibilities of change in patients in hospitals. I wish to promote and facilitate a greater shift in areas where people in capacity like Education Institutions and government can create bigger shifts for society but have been feeling stuck or limited. Women, children and the elderly who feel that there’s nothing more to do or be; all these tools can help people shift their financial realities, their bodies and their lives. I’ve written a few articles and would like to continuously write as Consciousness writer as a continuous gift to readers and create an online portal for empowering.

An institution, a school of empowerment is in my vision, where people of any age group can learn tools and techniques of energy work and shifting where they are limiting themselves to have something greater. An institution where people can learn body work and change an ailment or tendency; an institute where schools can send teachers and children for empowerment trainings to choose what they can for themselves.

What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?

Really, the biggest challenge that I sometimes perceive is my own self, when sometimes my own limiting fears or beliefs slow down my capacity of what I wish to generate and create. Sometimes people’s projections of what this work is and demanding the proof of energy work start to limit their own selves sabotaging what they can actually receive if they opened up their capacities to receive. Truly, there’s no challenge as challenge is a mind thing and I ‘m a fan of Awareness.

What has been your greatest achievement personally?

When I see people shift from their paradigms from outside situations and bodies – that feels infinite! When I could shift various body issues that I had – asthma, spinal and fear of water as a child – it created a greater ease in my body and destroying limitations. I became more aware of energies around me and just had a know-how of how situation will turn out to be and just by perceiving I could change the outcome using tools. It gives me my ‘aha’ moments daily and more. I’ve seen people entering my centre literally being dragged by family members due to lifelessness and depression and being under medications due to a coma, come alive in a session. I’ve seen people’s eyesight correcting itself through these processes; people who came for Access Facelift sessions and going back as if they’ve had a facial Botox; and weight issues being addressed in a way that created greater ease and magic in bodies. Frankly, each moment of my day has become an achievement if you really have to call it that, I would name it as living choosing consciousness..

Dr Ritu Singh

If you weren’t doing what you do now, what would you be doing?

I would still be accessing consciousness even if I were making a dish at home! I really enjoy singing and hearing music from my molecules, I would be praising consciousness through sound and voice.

Who has been your biggest inspiration?

The Universe and its direct manifestation being nature. It’s like the space that is continuously gifting us with ‘All That There Is’. I’ve always derived inspiration from the nature of everything. It’s a giver, and continuously gifting us.

What does the future hold for you?

You see, the future cannot hold things, as that would solidify everything in time and space. The future has to be totally generative and creative and moving. If I give it moving energy it will start taking shape of that moving energy. If I give a conclusion to it, it wouldn’t be generative in nature then. My awareness of where I wish to flow, that would create maximum contribution as I’ve mentioned above as well, is how something will show up for me. I have to be willing to be it.
