Unfold Consultancy was founded by WeAreTheCity Bangalore Lead Puja Kohl. Puja has 15 years of experience in the people domain, providing strategic HR thought to shape human capital strategy and enable a diverse culture working with gender and generations at work. She has had leadership roles in talent management and organisational development with companies including CGI and Accenture. As an organisational development interventionist and consultant, her organisation ‘Unfold’ offers services and programs for enabling culture and managing change through talent-based solutions for both corporate and emerging organizations (SMEs)
The effort continues to enable sensitive and inclusive workplaces, build capability for women as corporate leaders or entrepreneurs, and leverage the potential of multi-generational work environments by developing perspectives for leadership, managers and youth. The Unfold team is both experienced and passionate.
In various ways, Puja has provided thought leadership for understanding generations at work, (in India) through papers and published industry research sponsored by NASSCOM. The study has been acknowledged across various forums that includes CII (South India). She is currently also associated with the ‘Think Big’ platform of WeConnect International to support their efforts to promote women entrepreneurship and businesses in India. In another collaborative role, Puja is also a senior consultant with Aperian Global for their Diversity and Inclusion programs with a special focus on professional development of women.
