Catalyst is excited to announce a free new iPad app, High Potentials in the Pipeline, now available to all! Based on our longitudinal research series The Promise of Future Leadership: A Research Program on Highly Talented Employees in the Pipeline, this app examines potential explanations for the gender wage gap and makes recommendations for anyone or any organization that wants to initiate change. It features comprehensive findings and visuals, easy navigation, and tools to help you understand the barriers that hold women back professionally.
