nikita-holkarHailing from an Army background, I have studied across different geographies, cultures and ethnicities which has helped me to develop an appreciation for diversity. With my love for organizational psychology coupled with my goal to drive people effectiveness agenda at organizations, I am a Human Resource Consultant working with EY.

I am young, ambitious and driven by my priorities to succeed. I am constantly trying to push the boundaries and encourage others around me to do the same. I endeavour hard to exceed the expectations of my clients helping them solve their business problems and thereby build a personal brand for myself wherever I go. Each project, interaction and task entrusted upon me is a great chance for me to prove my mettle, yield concrete value to my client and bring accolade to my organization. I endeavour towards designing solutions for the betterment of the organizations that I touch, my society and the larger eco-system that I am part of through my work.

With discipline, hard work, street-smartness and a healthy balance between my personal and professional life, I strive to make my journey to the top and also inspire others to do the same.
