Niharika Mathur

I have a decade long experience across various functional areas of HR. In my current role, I lead a team that is responsible for handling various financial, health & wellness benefits for employees across the globe – a role that requires to work with internal stakeholders and external partners across APAC, EMEA and Americas.

I joined BlackRock as an Analyst in 2010, because of passion for performance and high work ethic, I have moved four levels in the last 7 years and lead business critical projects. I have been not just a manager but a coach & mentor to the team. I have gained expertise in transitioning HR activities from different regions to India, thus ensuring cost reduction and efficiency gain for the firm.

After my schooling at Delhi Public School, I graduated from Bangalore University and later pursued MBA in Human Resources, from Netaji Subhash Institute, Delhi. I started my career with Randstad, a staffing company, as a campus graduate. Amongst many strengths, strong stakeholder engagement and the efforts to work as one global team has held me in good stead. Under my leadership, HR India has successfully transitioned from being a local to a truly global hub of operations
