I am born and brought up in Indore. I completed my masters in Finance and topped my MBA batch after which I moved to city of dreams, Mumbai to build my career. After exploring different options including IB operations and teaching, I finally found my passion in Credit Risk.I have worked with leading rating agencies and investment banks. I don’t like to stick to a routine and instead love to take up challenging assignments and that’s one of the reason why I decided to join my current organization, Barclays, where I got an opportunity to work as part of a new team for Credit Risk.
Being a quick learner, I have helped my team in migrating processes from London and New York to Mumbai team at fast pace. I also enjoy training / mentoring and thus get regularly involved in training of several new team members. I firmly believe that in addition to excelling in one’s job, it’s also important to give back to the society and people around us in some way and so in addition to managing my team and my day to day work, I also coordinate citizenship programs for various teams.
