Inspirational Woman: Jasmin Waldmann | Life Coach, Founder and MD of Jasmin Waldmann Life Coaching company (JWLCC)

Jasmin

I am the MD of JWLCC, international Life Coach; certifications in NLP (from German (DVNLP) and Indian Institutes); Diploma as a “Sports and Health Trainer“ (Institute “IST“ in Germany); Trained as Diet consultant (IST, Germany); Founder of Pilardio® and founder of JaWa diet;

I have spoken at forums / events like HI-AIM, IDE-global.com, spoke at Hi AIM” Delhi, India and Kathmandu, Nepal and some more Hotelier Summits, public events as in ICG Goa and at many more different events.

I have worked and lived in Germany, Australia, USA and India is now my current home and place to work since 2012. I travel a lot for seminars, workshops, public speaking and sometimes also for Life Coaching sessions;

I take you on journeys into your inner self to show you that you have hidden strengths and help you draw them out from the depths of your mind and seize every single day.

Tell us about yourself, your background and what you do currently?

I am an entrepreneur since 2006 and I am working in the fields of Coaching & Training professionally.

I was asked to come to India, by Sportsfit by MS Dhoni. As I was invited I came here, we had with MS a press release and I decided to come back here to live and work in India. That was five years ago. I did build my company here in India too (apart from my offices in Germany and Greece) and worked with corporates and individuals. My company offers seminars for corporates, one on one sessions (clients are from all walk of life like CEO’s and CFO’s) and public speeches. We also create workshops for individuals. I worked over 1.5 years on a book (“Change ME”) and it’ll be released in Sep/Oct this year – Jaico is the publisher.

I was born in Bavaria (South of Germany), underwent many physical and mental trainings for my education (sales, public speaking, rhetoric speaking, dietitian, singer, Gestalt Therapy,…) and have various NLP certificates (from Germany and Indian Institutes), “Sports and Health“ Diploma (Institute “IST“ in Germany).

My companies (our) mission is to help people to change & transform themselves (personally and professionally) and thus their life’s. We support them and guide so that they become happy, healthy, successful, satisfied and thus live a life of fulfilment — in harmony with the environment and everyone around them.

Tell us about any current projects or initiatives you wish to promote.

Some of my upcoming projects are “Mission & Vision statements” for a big (Switzerland) corporate, “Kindness Charisma” (at Zorba the Buddha) and also “Mental Detox by Jasmin Waldmann” (public event in Delhi.

Other projects are confidential as they belong to well known corporates support in developing their mission statement and vision.

Of course what excites me also a lot is my book. I put a lot of love, even more efforts and experiences in it. I wrote almost two years on it to make it of best help for my reads. With this book I hope I will be able to help many, many people (specially who can not afford Coaching sessions).

You as a reader will be taken on a journey of self-discovery and eventual transformation through the life of Amit (the main character in the book) – to help you realize that change is as easy as you want it to be.

What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?

As an entrepreneur there are every day challenges it depends on the person how he/she takes it! But before the biggest challenge was to belief in me and my dreams and vision and make it my mission even when nobody understood or supported it. Also a huge challenge was and is that I needed to learn everything, from learning (how to learn per se), to marketing, to business planning, to structuring and manage myself and time, to learn how to lead others, CA work, sales, speaking in public.

Of course, there are always people who can teach one. But all in one is impossible, so I needed to set up a structure and learn one by one. Also, yes there are people who have the knowledge – but easier said than found!

Challenge is to bring a product which is beneficial and healthy to people who do not understand that (aren’t ready for it yet)? I had this difficulty with Pilardio® for couple of years.

On a personal front I lived in a few countries so living within other cultures is very interesting for me.

What has been your greatest achievement personally?

Everybody has an own story. Mine is that my grandmother died when I was 12 years old and my mother died when I was 13 years old. My father never lived with us and my sister had just turned 18 at this time. Over night I needed to become adult. Unbelievable or not, there was no adult who took care of us, no psychology services or anything – we have been on our own.

I needed to learn on my own how to deal with my losses, my feelings, fears and thoughts. It took my many years and a lot of energy to teach myself and it is not needed. So I want nobody to struggle unnecessary. Thus I will help people who come to me.

What fills up my heart is when I guide people, I see how they change for the better. I see them step by step flourishing, find their sense of their life, solve their problems within themselves and with others. And I observe and feel their joy and happiness. Seriously, to be a part of their journey is a feeling beyond any achievement, no other words to describe it.

If you weren’t doing what you do now, what would you be doing?

I love this question. As I was trained as a singer (classic singer), I would have become a singer and songwriter, I would travel around the globe, give live concerts and I would dance.

Who has been your role models and inspiration?

I had role models in different stages in life. There was the boy friend of my sister when I was 15 years old. I learned from him to think big and that it is okay and good to be extreme and different. Frida Karlo, Madonna, Coco Chanel, Nelson Mandela, Al Patino in “God father”, Narendra Modi and also my mother was a great inspiration for me. Also a few more people for one reason or the other.

What does the future hold for you?

Our mission is to help these individuals to transform themselves (personally and professionally) and thus their life’s. We help them realize and find their own ways to become healthy, successful, satisfied, happy and to be able to live a life of fulfilment — in harmony with the environment and everyone around them.

I created a center (body and mind transformation- means life coaching, meditation, physical training and diet consultancy) in Gurugram and I plan to shift it to a bigger environment in 2018.
