Tell us about yourself, your background and what you do currently

I am MBBS, and MS [Eye Surgeon], Ex Army With 12 YEARS SERVICE In Army. And I also Served In Amity University, Manesar , as Deputy Dean Students Welfare. Currently, I Am Serving As Medical Superintendent With Reliance Industries In Vadodara, Gujarat.

I am a Daughter of an Air Force Officer and have Studied All over India and Imbibed the Sense of Unity in Diversity. At school and college, I won many National Level prizes and awards for painting, drawing, sketching, cartooning , singing, writing poetry. My poems were published in Leading Newspapers, Both in English and Hindi for which I won National Level Awards too. Won various awards in sports and academics. I was popular as Master of ceremony for my effervescent nature, musical gifts, confident persona and articulate self on stage. Awards came rolling in Army life too. Won many awards in Reliance Industries too for Excellence in Job, Customer Care, Values, Integrity, Behaviour, giving Ideas beyond one’s function for betterment of industry.

I am the recipient of Karna Award Trophy in 2016, for ideating maximum ideas outside one’s domain in the prestigious Mission Kurukshetra Awards of Reliance Industries .Also won the R-Samman Trophy for values and behaviour 2017.

Music, Travelling, interacting with people is my passion. Fitness is my ‘The’ passion.  I like a Disciplined life with positive outlook and believe in inner sunshine that radiates to the world!

Tell us about any current projects or initiatives you wish to promote

Wish to become the Health Minister or Health-Ambassador of India , spreading awareness about health, hygiene, fitness and life style changes to live life with spirit and vitality. In my future, I wish to hold the Flag of Health Ambassador for the World – United Nations – and I would like to disseminate the message of total health. I Want to make a change-By being the change! Also, I wish to give back to society what I gained…my humble offer.

What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?

Nothing is impossible. Impossible means – I’M POSSIBLE ! My gender never came in my way – I was and always am, the most assertive, positive and  determined to rise above all adversities and emerge a winner.

What has been your greatest achievement personally?

My greatest achievement has been that every severe bolt of my life’s destiny has triggered in me a larger strength and determination to not only overcome it but emerge stronger, wiser and more ready than ever. Never say die,my mantra!

Who has been your biggest inspiration?

Life has been my biggest inspiration – it showed me all its colours…And I chose to paint my life’s canvas with all these colours and make a breath taking painting of it….nothing can paint my soul dark…I am the child of Mother Nature, Full Of Sunshine, Energy and Spirit, Wishing To Encompass The World In My Warm Hug And Keep All Vibrant, Healthy, Safe And Sane…. I live Life as a Celebration!!

I would like to give the following message to all the women: Never let your gender discourage you; be motivated and determined to be where you want to be! Nothing is impossible.when the going gets tough, the tough gets going!
