In today’s era, when people are tired of their hectic life, jam packed schedules, vanishing minimalism and stress playing havoc, here am I Rachna Mehra, a “Soul catalyst” Spiritual Stylist and Catalyst for Change based in New Delhi who can energize and spin your world into a new orbit, attempting to not only withstand all the chaos but also have taken a step to help and heal others emotionally, physically and spiritually. My penchant to serve and inspire people makes me a mediator of the ultimate truth, The Source. Honored with a Certificate of Science, A Master Instructor Theta Healing® from Theta Healing Institute of Knowledge, USA changed the voyage of my life. From a demure graduate in Business communication from HL College of Commerce, Ahmedabad, I am proud to have become what I am today! Born in a religious family, it was always my desire to know the croup of the creator. A Mom to Mompreneur: Highly energetic, diversely creative with dynamic ever-evolving persona. A story of a girl’s determination and commitment. A woman with determination and commitment to succeed her journey started as a mom with no strategies in mind and one thing led to another. I believe staying strong and focused and working on my purpose is the key ingredients for my success. Among 100 Women Achievers of India honored by Hon. As a young girl I was spiritually seeded in my roots through my parents and my ancestors. This inherited spirituality gave me the support and divine power always needed to fulfill my requests-they strengthen my faith and positive beliefs.
Doing one good leads to other good-with this awareness I played around in a magical game called life of creation following the right path. As I grew older the passionate drive within me helped me to share with others how I win at life where age is no bar. My practice edifies the philosophy of unconditional love and acclimates oneself to forget and forgive the envy. With the sole support of my family, I attend to clients, heal them through my workshops and healing sessions and sublime my satisfaction. The objective of these sessions is to self-transform; empower women and children heal them and re-program their core deep-rooted un- wanted beliefs. Practicing Spiritual techniques since 2006, my natural charisma and compassion for those in need has given me the ability to be titled as a passionate healer, educationist, an intuitive who believes that together we’re going to keep making life better and better by change in attitudes behaviors of an individual, environment, society and world as whole. I am proud and delighted to have worked on my self and help others in their journey called Life. I have nurtured myself giving the space & room to grow as a human being and professionally. This journey has taught me to tide out tough moments, be true to people around, help them where opportunity demands- a fine balance at my work and my home space as I like to call it. Tell us about any current projects or initiatives you wish to promote
I’ve supported many women, men & children in overcoming their childhood beliefs to go on to create meaningful, joyful and successful life and make this world a better place and generations to come.
I make micro shifts in the unconscious thinking patterns of a person that brings big result. This allows us to retain the individuality of the individual and at the same time make the shifts that enhance her personal excellence.
All my work is targeted towards actual development of an individual by looking for opportunities to develop or strengthen some fundamental but vital capabilities for personal excellence in their roles.
Attempting to drive change using such tools is like spraying in the open air and hoping something will hit the target. I do the exact opposite. I work at a very personal level and that is how I work is different.
My goal is to touch as many lives as I can, to empower the next generation of children and give the women of today the strength to have the courage to be what she wants to be. Knowing exactly what to tap and how to make that shift fast allows them to enable attitude and behavioral development in almost real time. The changes are immediate and long term, compounded.
My monthly workshops, seminars, individual healing sessions and inspirational talks will be the main medium and I am proud to be touching and improving lives.
What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?
I strongly believe time plays a pivotal role in the journey of life. I was married at an early age of 19. Days passed being a promising daughter in law, wife & mother. My family ensured I complete my graduation while I continued to manage my household responsibilities (most of the time was quiet rewarding. A decade later, I had a calling- I realized how much my own beliefs were limiting my personal growth and success. That realization was a huge turning point for me. It was the moment when I began to understand that I’d only be able to change my life once I’d changed my beliefs. I took upon Reiki and then Theta healing- trained and educated myself to become a Mom to ‘mompreneur’ and here I am – a successful Master Instructor & Certificate of Science Theta Healing, Honored by the President of the India & Ministry of Women & Child Development of India as one among 100 Women Achievers of India and Honored with accolades in transforming many lives through 3E program of Education Experience Enlightenment! In this journey called life I made a conscious decision to work on simple power principle: You can always be more, have more and do more because you can always learn more
What has been your greatest achievement personally?
Firstly my connection to source that guides me on my path. The next greatest achievement …Honoured by The President of India & Ministry of Women and Child Development. Recognised Among 100 Women of India for Transforming Women & Children through practice of Theta Healing.
If you weren’t doing what you do now, what would you be doing?
I feel I would be yet doing great in life. Travel, Spread joy and love.
Who has been your biggest inspiration?
My two girls & my son are my true inspiration. I see myself in them. Its wonderful to see how they have grown up, teaching me new life experiences, virtues of kindness, compassion and to be refrain from superficial experiences. It’s like growing up again with them and it’s a great feeling to learn and get up-to speed with the new generation!
What does the future hold for you?
Future is a long time. I have a job to do- to touch many more lives, empower many more woman and spread smiles and world peace. I will continue my mission to help empower as many people as I can along the way and help spread the love for Theta healing and to help build a peaceful and better world.
