I am an effective administrator and communicator and retired manager for Corporate Communications at ICICI Bank, where I worked for 38 years. After retirement, I was invited back to archive historical photos, videos and audios from the bank’s inception. I have an event management diploma from NIEM and a certificate in Voiceover & Dubbing from Sugar Mediaz. I have hosted various events, the last being UMANG 2016, a mega talent show for over 55 for Silver Innings (NGO). I was also Invited as a speaker to forums such as Pride Age Cub and ’50young’, to share my experiences on living a fruitful life after retirement.
I am also the Hon. Secretary and founding member of Arunima, which was created to interact and create awareness on issues concerning women in the Lokhandwala Complex. I am the winner of the “Get Published” short stories category at LIT-O-FEST2016, where publishing contracts are signed for free with deserving authors organised in March 2016.
At present, I am a freelancer, an annual report consultant with NHRD and running a project on Voice Industry with Sugar Mediaz. My love for the entertainment industry continues with freelance work, hosting, voicing, interviewing people, acting in short films and studio hopping. Writing and re-cycle craft is my passion and motto is ‘When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, I used everything you gave me’.
