I have spent almost a decade understanding world people and assisting them to settle into Mumbai! I head Semurg Relocations in Mumbai and have an empathy for relocating business leaders and their families who come to this financial hub of India which is second nature to me. I remember my times when I was pursuing my degree in Business Management at the University of Massachusetts, and later living in California, how important cultural understanding was to my own personal welfare and growth.
My unlikely mix of a Parsi birthright combined with my South Indian upbringing makes my spiritual quotient even stronger and I meld business operations with an extended warm touch. Work life balance includes barefoot running, cultivating and consuming organic foods, and time dedicated to travel and to my dog Dash!

Helping people find the right place to live in Mumbai and its suburbs, helping them settle in and adjust to living and working in India is my specialty. It’s my passion.
Whether it’s for a corporate client, balancing the needs of a relocating executive, or a private individual where it really is all about you, my personal experience enables me to match people to properties, which best suit their lifestyle and budget. Anyone can look for and find a property. The difference is, I take personal interest and the time to find my clients a home.
I am personally involved in every relocation we undertake. I sign off all key decisions at every stage of the process and, with the help of my team, ensure the move is a success for everyone involved.

Moving out on my own and believing in my ability and skill sets to assist families relocate into India with ease.
Who has been your biggest inspiration?
My Grandmother! I read somewhere once it is not about who you are but how someone makes you feel and that is what she stands for. My biggest source of strength and encouragement.
How do you balance your work life and home life?
I am blessed to be able to work close to my home. I have always done that so that I can be there for my son and my family.

Enjoy and love what you are doing.
