With an interesting panel discussion on home chefs taking on the world and a fun biryani galette cook off, the launch was a huge success amidst much celebration, fanfare, free flowing food and spirits!

The evening kicked off with the grand launch of the Indian Haute Chef line by Chef Ranveer Brar and Mr. Vishal Shah, Founder and CEO, Haute Chef who demonstrated the specialties and convenience of a Haute Chef meal-kit, followed by a panel discussion by industry stalwarts such as Chef Deepak Dangde (Executive Sous Chef, Sofitel Mumbai BKC), Chef Rakhee Vaswani (Palate Culinary Studio and Living Foodz fame), Blogger and Food Critic Ms. Rushina Ghildiyal (APB Cook Studio) Mr. Munaf Kapadia (Bohri Kitchen fame) and of course Mr. Vishal Shah (Owner – Haute Chef)and Chef Ranveer who threw light on the rise of authentic regional cuisine in India.
