Caroline Graham is co-founder and head of WeAreTheCity India. Having spent three years in India, Caroline has now returned to London where she works as a Director for Barclays.

Caroline is passionate about supporting and empowering women to achieve their potential. She is currently co-chair of Barclays gender network, WIN, is founder of Barclays WIN India and the WIN Assistants Forum, and is a member of a number of external women’s networks in London.
