In my career spanning 19 years I have worked with people and for people and have done diverse leadership roles in HR including stints as an HR generalist and with CoEs in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Organisation Structuring, Employee Engagement and Training.
My strength lies in effectively engaging with colleagues in the organizations that I worked in and gaining their trust and confidence. This enabled me to proactively engage with business leaders in providing solutions to people related issues and concerns thereby enhancing colleague experience. In the multiple roles that I have done in HR, I have lead multi locational teams and providing HR expertise and guidance in organizational change scenarios.
In pursuance of my personal commitment of contributing to the community around me, I have dedicatedly worked towards supporting the cause of Diversity and Inclusion over the last 10 + years. Mentored and created platforms for development and career enhancement of women and differently abled colleagues.
