Introduction
We are a corporate law firm which was launched in 2009 and we specialise in corporate and commercial, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, FDI Advisory, Legal Due Diligence, Real Estate and Litigation. As I speak French, I have at my firm a “French Desk” where we aid and assist French, Foreign and Francophone companies on doing business in India. We assist Foreign nationals on their employment contracts, property transactions, Indian Government FRRO registrations etc.
What has been your greatest achievement so far?
I take pride in advising large as well as small national and international companies. As a French speaker, ours was the first Indian law firm to set up a French Desk where we advise several French and francophone companies on doing business in India.

If you have a passion, pursue it enthusiastically and diligently which will make all your roadblocks disappear.
