Tell us about yourself, your background and what you do currently

I began my career as an HR head, but nothing about it inspired me to continue. I always had that fire in my belly to do something more, I wanted to be the builder of a wall, rather than being a brick of the wall. I decided to quit and chose my path to becoming an Internet Entrepreneur, which today I am. And ever since then I have not looked back. It is amazing how a person feels content in doing what he/she actually wants to do.

Tell us about any current projects or initiatives you wish to promote

I currently, being an Internet Entrepreneur, Co-Founder of HighOnM, am working on a topics those touch my heart through SAAS based projects, Train professional people in online marketing, Mentorship, Consulting companies for digital brand promotion and am also in the phase of certain researches for my next SAAS products launch soon. After the extensive researches and quantitative/qualitative analysis id done, the results will be published.

What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?

Well, I wouldn’t call it a success because there is always a place on the top. But the position I am here today has been a bumpy ride. I have had my fair share of ups and downs like everyone has. Firstly, I belong to Faridabad a place, which certainly has no exposure to the topic of Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and paving my way out, was a challenge, specially when there is no one to guide you, and no one to look upto. I always saw myself as someone who would be that impactful entrepreneur, who could do things in a way different than others and thus gave it my best shot to be one. Certainly, being a girl also meant that people would take me less seriously and not many believed in me at first but my work spoke for me and now I see myself at a place where I always wanted myself. I have always believed that “Tough roads often lead to beautiful destinations”.

What has been your greatest achievement personally?

Apart from the ones that are known, there are two achievements that I personally am proud of and that would be me being the youngest Indian to feature on the top 15 writers on LinkedIn in India, in the year 2016 and 2 nd one is, in 2017 my SAAS product debut launch did $115K in revenue (Youngest first lady in IM industry). It was amazing to see my name up there and feeling that my work has created an impact in lives of so many!

If you weren’t doing what you do now, what would you be doing?

My only aim and focus was being what I am today, and if I wasn’t a Digital Entrepreneur, I’d certainly be on the way to becoming one, because it is something I feel passionately about, maybe I would be in my phase of struggle today. But one thing I am sure of would be that soon I would become the Entrepreneur I would be dreaming of. Who has been your biggest inspiration?

What is your greatest source on inspiration?

My parents have always been that pillar of support that I could lean on and specially my Dad has been really supportive throughout my journey and has ambled alongside me. In moments when I felt directionless, he has helped point towards the path and has been a huge support. I also draw inspiration from my mentor, Gaurav Madaan who has helped me whenever I needed his help and has been keeping me on the correct track ever since. I always will be thankful to Gaurav for his time on my training in Internet Entrepreneurship. Finally, I am now what I always wanted to be since long back, I travel, I meet with new people, I can work from any where, I can spend time with my family, I can take my own decisions a lot more things I can do now…

What does the future hold for you?

The future is uncertain and is like the dark abyss of oceans, we know it’s there but can’t venture into it. I would say that I would see myself being extremely happy while exploring more facets of the Digital Marketing world. There is always room for more, and I would certainly be exploring the various ways in which new things can be brought into this field.
