PUJA KOHLI – People & Change Catalyst
Puja has 15 years of experience in the people domain, providing strategic HR thought to shape the human capital strategy and enabling an inclusive and diverse culture with an extensive experience of work with gender and experimental studies to explore generations in the workplace. She has worked as a functional generalist and as an internal consultant in various HR roles undertaken as part of her career journey.
Puja has had leadership roles in talent management and organizational development with organizations including CGI and Accenture. She is a keen observer of human beings and evolution of workspaces. Her expertise includes setting up HR functions, architecting transformational agendas and providing strategic thinking to drive change in the people paradigm and culture for organizations.
She is a core member of the NASSCOM Diversity & Inclusion Council and has released a white paper on generational diversity and fuelled research through NASSCOM in 2011; documented a workplace profiling of multiple generations as a case study through SHRM India in 2012 and has been a speaker for culture, learning, employability, diversity, value & impact of HR and has moderated several CXO panels at Industry summits & HR forums.
Puja has currently led and delivered research on multi-generational workforces with a specific focus on the millennial, for the IT/ITES industry to document the trends in corporate India and build a collective perspective around this critical segment for Indian workforces.
As an organizational interventionist and consulting service her practice offers services and programs for enabling and managing change using culture, talent and diversity as levers with expert frameworks and experience building (Research, Consultation and Capability Development).
