Ashwini Kale

A Software professional, for past 12 years in IT Industry. I have completed B.E. Computers from Pune University with good ranks and started career as a software developer. I have been fortunate to work on challenging project assignments and intern it helped me to hone my leadership skills along with it.

Currently I play a role of Techno-Functional professional in Enterprise Content Management technology domain, leading a team @Barclays, Pune. I always prefer to work with perfection which helps me to always deliver best of my knowledge and make the projects successful. I have wide experience in implementing software solutions on ECM technologies with esteemed clients in Banking and Insurance domain.

We being two daughters in family and they being teacher for throughout their life, my parents have always encouraged me for independent thinking, valorous nature and down to earth persona.

Outside work, being a working woman, I always love to be only “Mother” who prefers to spend quality time with son. I am health conscious and always strive for regular exercise and healthy diet for myself as well as family. I like to read in my specially designed reading space at home. I am quite sensitive towards underprivileged people in society and always try to help them the way me and my family can.

My long term dream is to choose a barren land, transform it to dense forest and establish rich ecosystem.
