I drew strength from my own journey through the 3Ms – Marriage, Mobility & Motherhood to set up People Konnect. My vision resulted in the Back to the Front, which is a recognized program in the industry today to drive the gender diversity mandate in companies and workforce.
As a team of mostly returning to career women, we understand the trials and tribulations of women in the workforce. We are committed to making this journey easier for many women like us.
We also endeavor to make today’s workspaces more inclusive, primarily for gender, generations and abilities. This includes working with the leaders and the women themselves. The aim is to hear the voice of the women to know what their real challenges are.

Our women entrepreneurs or mompreneurs, as we would like to call them are carefully drawn from a cross-section of women who have funneled their passions into a successful enterprise, just as they have nurtured their families alongside. Emerging as stronger individuals on account of their life-changing experiences, these moms design solutions that are intuitive, aesthetic and can be customised to suit every budget.
We take immense pride when we help even a single woman inch closer to achieving her dream. My team works with empathy to the cause, and are extremely passionate about financial independence for women and building their self-worth.
I have over 16 years of experience in Human Resources in companies like Tata Teleservices, ICICI Bank. I am a post graduate in HR from NIRMA University.
